Our view on staking. Instead of just investing, we believe you should also be staking. If you are more techinical, then we also believe in mining and validating.
There are many validators to stake with. Some very professional, so proclaimed professionals, and some partnered with the founders. Still there are promotions and advertisements that may be a scam or gimmicky. We are just a group of people supporting the 'defi' movement. Yes, the definition needs clarity depending on who you have conversations with. At the end of the day, you have to do your own due diligence.
We continue to run our nodes in the background and the community has given uss captial to be back in the top 100. We appreciate everyone's support as a community validator. Thanks for staking even if it is not with us. We do believe in spreading your stake around.

We continue to keep our original validator running because people still staked with us. We have not been jailed, just schedule missed signatures for maintenance. Since the testnet experience while stress testing, our sentries were not buff enough, as most validators struggled. When mainnet launched, we upgraded our nodes to where it was too expensive as it was a 0% commission war. We downgraded our nodes and missing signatures was deemed bad in staking order. Needless to say, we ended up on the short end of the stick. Many iterations were made to staking order that wasn't in our favor. CDC also created 2 'test' validators and with new validators joining. We were tossed out of the top 100. So, that's our story
